The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm completed the sale of National Vision’s office headquarters at 2435 Commerce Avenue in Duluth, Georgia for $7,415,000. National Vision is a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq.
The 56,903 square foot building benefits from its location just off of Satellite Boulevard NW (54,100 VPD), which is a primary east-west thoroughfare in the area. The property is located in a business park accompanied by a multitude of office and industrial tenants. Those of which include Amazon, Airgas, Assurant, Valmet, Datapath, Intertek, ADT Security, and several others. The business park is also positioned next to a major retail corridor surrounding Gwinnett Place Mall with retailers such as Macy’s, Beauty Master, Mega Mart, and an assortment of car dealers and restaurants.
