Compared with old-style rotors, orange rotors are easier to maintain and with longer life wear parts.

Maintenance

The orange rotor integrates a number of brand-new components and adopts a newly designed rotor structure, which greatly reduces the number of fasteners and makes the orange rotor easier to maintain. In the replacement of conventional wear parts, the number of replacement fasteners is 0, and the total number of replacement parts of wear parts is reduced by 30%. The main wear parts can be easily and quickly replaced, so this can make maintenance work safer while reducing downtime and service costs.

Increased the wear life

In most cases, the main components in the orange series rotors will cause longer maintenance intervals due to wear life. Therefore, people will benefit from longer uptime and lower cost per crush, thereby reducing people’s total cost.

2. Cavity tip – 20-30%

3. Upper/Lower wear plates – 30-40%
