Jeff Vanlaningham Promoted to Chief People Officer at BNG Team
Fargo, ND – BNG Team announced today the promotion of Jeff Vanlaningham to the role of Chief People Officer, tasked with fostering a people-centric culture that promotes the company’s core values and enhances employee engagement. BNG Team delivers business technology solutions, including merchant payments, credit card processing, point-of-sale systems, and automated billing software.
As the leader of BNG Team’s ‘People Team,’ Vanlaningham oversees the company’s recruitment and hiring activities with the goal of attracting and retaining top talent and delivering a world-class employee onboarding experience. The People Team also serve as lead advocates of the company’s core values: Excellence, Integrity, Ambition, Creativity, and Happy & Grateful; as well as champions of its diversity, health and wellness, and ethics programs.
Vanlaningham served previously as the company’s Vice President. He brings a passion for building a strong company culture to his new leadership role. As chief people officer, he will provide leadership mentorship and strategic direction for workforce management, human resources, learning and development, public relations, internal communications, recruitment, performance management and training. Overseeing the company’s industry-leading employee benefits program and employee recognition and incentive program are key leadership responsibilities.

A life-long North Dakota resident, Vanlaningham graduated from Minot State University.
